Order Cancellation
As we begin production preparation and shipping arrangements shortly after an order is placed, we may not be able to accept cancellations or order modifications after purchase.
In particular, cancellations cannot be accepted for made-to-order products or cut fabrics once the order has been confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, including made-to-order items and cut fabric sales, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
・Change of mind or different from expectations
・Differences in color tone or texture
・Incorrect size selection
・Ordering mistakes
・Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes
・Shipping delays
・Differences in fabric pattern placement
Please note that fabric colors may appear differently depending on photography conditions and monitor settings.
In addition, pattern placement may vary depending on the fabric size and cutting position.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of the following:
・The full item
・The damaged or defective area
・The outer packaging
・The shipping label
After confirmation, we will arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Please note that we may not be able to accept returns sent back without prior contact.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The timing of the refund may vary depending on your credit card company or payment provider.
Please note that the following costs may be non-refundable:
・Original shipping fees
・Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes
・Customs handling fees
・Return shipping fees and related charges

Customs Duties and Refused Deliveries
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs charges or refusal of delivery, the refund amount may be reduced by return shipping fees and any related handling costs.
Depending on the product, refunds may not be available in such cases.

Notes About Fabrics
Please note that fabric pattern placement may vary depending on the cutting position.
Minor weaving irregularities, small thread knots, slight variations in size, and similar characteristics are considered part of the nature and craftsmanship of traditional woven textiles.
