We ship worldwide from Japan.
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking information.

International orders may be subject to the following charges depending on the destination country or region:

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, our product prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT, or other import-related charges.

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, any return shipping fees and related costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Customs Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections.
As customs clearance procedures are handled by each country’s customs authorities, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may be required for reshipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the following:
・The damaged item
・The outer packaging
・The shipping label
